What is a crisis? How do I know that I need crisis support?


A crisis can be any circumstance where a parent/guardian/child feels overwhelmed and it effects their ability to cope with stress and/or day-to-day functions and the individual cannot handle the situation with their existing coping skills or resources. These crisis situations can be very different for each and every person; from thoughts of self-harm to anxiety/depression.
